We ask you several questions and your answers will help us match you to the right experience. There are hundreds of destinations, resorts, cruises, tour packages and adventure trips out there and it’s our job to help you select the one that is the best option for you.

Professional Travel Service Fee Structure
Due to the nature of travel in the new era, to enter into a research and travel management agreement with our clients - after a complimentary telephone consultation or email conversation - our professional fees will be collected up-front, starting from:
Flights only: $50+GST per trip
Multi-component holiday: $75 + GST per trip
Groups and Destination Weddings: $300 +GST per group
This professional fee includes researching and recommending the best vacation experience that would work for you as well as recommending the most suitable insurance policy for your needs. There will be no other fees added to your vacation unless your trip involves charges from suppliers that would be outlined in the booking process.
Professional Travel Knowledge
Most importantly, we also help navigate the ever changing rules to travel, along with the latest updates and terms and conditions from the tour operators and the resorts, and the entry requirements per destination. We will also assist in highlighting the cancellation/change policies with each tour operator, resort, and country
